Agreement to Terms

By accessing and using the Brimduk platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not access the service.

Description of Service

Brimduk provides an online educational platform offering seminars and courses focused on AR and VR game development. The service includes access to digital learning materials, interactive discussions, and structured educational content delivered through our web-based infrastructure.

User Accounts

To access certain features of the platform, you may be required to create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete.

You are responsible for safeguarding the password that you use to access the service and for any activities or actions under your password. You agree not to disclose your password to any third party. You must notify us immediately upon becoming aware of any breach of security or unauthorized use of your account.

Acceptable Use

You agree to use the platform only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms of Use. You agree not to use the platform:

In any way that violates any applicable national or international law or regulation. For the purpose of exploiting, harming, or attempting to exploit or harm minors in any way. To transmit, or procure the sending of, any advertising or promotional material without our prior written consent. To impersonate or attempt to impersonate Brimduk, a Brimduk employee, another user, or any other person or entity. In any way that infringes upon the rights of others, or in any way is illegal, threatening, fraudulent, or harmful. To engage in any other conduct that restricts or inhibits anyone's use or enjoyment of the platform, or which may harm Brimduk or users of the platform.

Intellectual Property Rights

The platform and its entire contents, features, and functionality, including but not limited to all information, software, text, displays, images, video, and audio, and the design, selection, and arrangement thereof, are owned by Brimduk, its licensors, or other providers of such material and are protected by copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any of the material on our platform, except as follows: your computer may temporarily store copies of such materials in RAM incidental to your accessing and viewing those materials, and you may store files that are automatically cached by your web browser for display enhancement purposes.

User Contributions

The platform may contain discussion forums, interactive features, or other areas where users can post content, comments, feedback, and other materials. You retain ownership of any intellectual property rights that you hold in content you submit to the platform.

By posting content to the platform, you grant Brimduk a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, perform, display, distribute, and otherwise disclose to third parties any such material for the purpose of operating and improving the service.

You represent and warrant that you own or control all rights in and to your contributions and have the right to grant the license granted above, and that all of your contributions comply with these Terms of Use.

Prohibited Content

You may not post or transmit through the platform any content that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, or otherwise objectionable. We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these Terms of Use or that we find objectionable in our sole discretion.

Payment and Billing

Certain features of the platform may require payment of fees. You agree to pay all fees associated with your use of such features in accordance with the pricing and payment terms presented to you at the time of purchase.

All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to change our pricing at any time, but price changes will not affect fees already paid.

Cancellation and Termination

You may cancel your account at any time by contacting us or through your account settings. Upon cancellation, your right to use the platform will immediately cease.

We may terminate or suspend your account and bar access to the platform immediately, without prior notice or liability, under our sole discretion, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms of Use.

Disclaimers

The platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Brimduk makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, as to the operation of the platform or the information, content, or materials included therein.

To the full extent permissible by applicable law, Brimduk disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. Brimduk does not warrant that the platform, its servers, or communications sent from Brimduk are free of viruses or other harmful components.

Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Brimduk, its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the platform.

Indemnification

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Brimduk and its licensors, licensees, and service providers, and its and their respective officers, directors, employees, contractors, agents, and representatives from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, judgments, awards, losses, costs, expenses, or fees arising out of or relating to your violation of these Terms of Use or your use of the platform.

Third-Party Links

The platform may contain links to third-party websites or services that are not owned or controlled by Brimduk. We have no control over and assume no responsibility for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites or services. You acknowledge and agree that Brimduk shall not be responsible or liable for any damage or loss caused by or in connection with use of or reliance on any such content, goods, or services available on or through any such websites or services.

Governing Law

These Terms of Use shall be governed and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms of Use will not be considered a waiver of those rights.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms of Use at any time at our sole discretion. If a revision is material, we will provide notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.

By continuing to access or use our platform after any revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, you are no longer authorized to use the platform.
